How does the app work??

3 ways to use the app to redeem or earn rewards:

  1. Points(lemons)- these are points that can be earned from purchasing drinks and be redeemed when enough points are collected
  2. Lemon Cards- These are digital or physical cards that can be purchased from the app, web, and in-stores. The Lemon cards are re-loadable and can be used for all your future payments as well as gifts that you can send to your friends.
  3. Coupons -From time to time we may have promotional campaigns that offer coupons for free drinks. These coupons each has a unique barcode and they often come with expiry date
How do I signup Loyalty Program?

Best way is download the HAPPY LEMON Mobile APP from Apple Store or Google Play.

How/Where can I download the APP if I already signup Loyalty Program through POS?

Open web browser and enter https://happylemonusa.com/mobile-app-download/

Or you could search in Apple Store or Google Play by HAPPY LEMON USA

 

What is Verification Text message for?

When you signup member account through the APP or POS, system will send you a TEXT message to verify if phone number belongs yours. Simply click link and fill out basic profile to finish verification.

How does the reward points work?

1 point per every $7.00 spent

Every 10 points= one free drink (only drink itself)

Can I add points by myself if I forgot to collect points at cashier for my purchases?

No, unfortunately we are not allow to add points after transaction.

Can I use my old CA/OR/TX/WA gift cards on the APP?

Unfortunately, old gift cards issued in CA/OR/TX/WA region would not be able to use with our new app, but you could still make transactions with it in store until value depletes.

Can I pay online order by physical Lemon Card?

Yes, simply bind card with APP account by adding card numbers with PIN code, then you will be able to use your physical Lemon Card for APP online orders

Can I redeem with both points and coupons?

No, you can only use one promotional discount per purchase. Promotional discounts are not to be mixed together

Can I use points to redeem waffles?

No, points can only be used for drink itself, not for extra toppings or waffles

Could I update or change my phone numebr and email address?

The phone number and emali address cannot be corrected and updated. Since it is the Key Index for a mermber’s account. If you entered the wrong phone or email asddress, the account would have to be deleted and re-register a new one. 

If your current account has a reward points balance , please don’t delete the account and contact us directly so we can transfer the points for you
