Q2: How to become Happy Lemon Franchisees?
A2. Submit online “FRANCHISE INQUIRY FORM” (Tell us your name/email/phone number/preferred area) and our representative will contact you via email or phone for further discussion. If qualified, our representative will schedule an interview to go over all the details with you.
Q3: Is it still possible to be approved as a new franchisee if I do not have direct experience before?
A3. Experience of food/beverage is preferred, but not necessary. Management or Business Experience is required if you would like to apply as an Area Developer.
Q4: Where can I receive the following information?
A4: The above information is available in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) which we will provide to you once your application has received our preliminary approval. You will have one month for review prior to signing the agreement.
Q5: What is the start-up cost for a new Happy Lemon Store?
A5: The estimated initial investment for a new Store, a range that is varied by area and store size. This range and further detail is disclosed in our FDD.
Q6: How long is the entire process of becoming a Happy Lemon franchisee?
A6: On average, it takes approximately 30-60 days to complete our sales process. The length of time between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening a store is about 4 to 8 months.
Q7: What separates Happy Lemon between its competitors?
A7: We provide high quality products and service to our customers. Our R&D team is committed to developing new menu items every few months, our aim is to provide new products to maintain our current customers and to attract new customers.
Q8: Is financing available?
A8: We do not provide financing however potential franchisees could seek financing from other 3rd parties.
